Three accordion-fold books, each with eight pages, housed in a 17.5X6.5X1” acrylic box made by the artist. All images and text are printed from drypoint acrylic plates on various found and bought papers, and two of the three books incorporate black stitching. Short colophon printed on mylar laid in. Begun in Washington in 2004, this piece was completed in Portland in 2007. Edition of 5.
Artist Biography
A genuine Oregon native, Jenn has worked with rare and antiquarian books as well as fine press and book arts material. She will be graduating from The Evergreen State College this summer, and just finished printing a 20 copy edition of an Adrianne Rich essay on the letterpress with her own illustrations at Portland State University.
