A Thin Thread

Sketches of natural surroundings were the beginning of this book. The drawings evolved into dry point etchings. While I worked on the etchings I kept thinking about a short writing I completed years ago about encountering a bunch of twigs which were bound in a cobweb and “hanging by a thin thread.” This book is the gestalt of these components and serves as a reminder of the fragility of nature.
