Civil Rights Project

This book was developed as part of a larger project on civil and human rights. Ten women of various ethnicities participated, producing widely-cast works.  This book captures historical figures—Rosa Parks, Martin Luther King, Jr.—important to the civil rights movement, and on contemporary individuals—women authors—carrying and advancing the cause.
